With no paid administrative staff, volunteers are the foundation of the organization and are critical to the production of our concerts and various community enrichment programs. Your personal contribution will ensure the symphony’s successful mission to inspire and create community through the power of symphonic music. Please consider joining our volunteer family.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Musician food procurement and setup for rehearsals and concerts
- Set-up of music stands and chairs at our rehearsals and outdoor concerts
- Harris Center “front-of-house” duties at concerts – managing the symphony information table and guest artist meet and greet area
- Coordinate social media marketing (eblast, Instagram, facebook)
- Program ad solicitation
- Grant writing
- Involvement in our community enrichment programs
